Home tours and full house video walk throughs inside and out, with the option to feature your real estate host. During the Covid 19 Pandemic, we utilized hand held microphones to minimize contact between crew and talent. Ideally, moving forward, we apply wireless microphones that will not be visible, similar to the type of audio production you might see on an HGTV real estate or home renovation television series. For picture, we shoot 4k or 1080HD, employing the latest in camera and lens technology. In the edit process we’ll cut it all together for your approval, complete with color correction, music, motion graphics and sound design. Quicktime files delivered via Dropbox or hard drive with prompt turn arounds.

Production includes interviews with your team, fly on the wall documentary capture, long-term time lapse, and drone aerial views woven together into a compelling narrative. We have shot and produced television content internationally— in big cities, small towns, and hard to reach locations off the grid, many that can only be accessed by boat, helicopter, or float plane.
